In this session we will pretend to visit the Star Wars Universe to have access to a Bakta tank. Bacta tanks, in Pretendland, have a perk, once you get one, it's yours forever. All you have to do is pretend it is real and you can sleep inside one whenever you need to heal and restore. 

 In a Bakta tank, your body heals at a faster pace than in our own reality. Although this is a fantasy world and we're in Pretendland, some part of our brains take the visualization as "fact." You do a session with that intention and you wake up the next day feeling great and, hopefully, with less physical pain. We don't know how it works but some part of the brain believes it and it appears to comply with the lucid dream requirements. 

We call "healing" as a direct result of resolving inner conflict. Once you convince your brain you're going to sleep inside a Bakta tank, you simply go to bed, take a few deep breaths and dream it all. 

The goal of the session is for you to learn how to get to that state of relaxation on your own, without needing multiple Reiki sessions. Once session and we're game! 

Every dream is an opportunity for healing and we will focus on what part of your inner healing you would like to work on. 

For reasons we can't explain, when Reiki is done, it "moves" emotional energy and it ends up affecting the whole body. We don't know how but people feel the effects physically, often very positively. 

We also use this particular session to work on chronic pain and chronic anxiety. Somehow the Bakta tank fantasy "bleeds" into our realities and we feel as if it was real. Come join Camilla Bok and try for yourself!
