Translation: "the ocean calmed down when she stepped on the sand, those who samba by the ocean shore are mermaids."

This is an old school slow samba from Brazil that the Space Croissant crew uses to call our "Mermaid-Selves." The mermaid is the one who calms down the waters, the emotions.
Aboard the Space Croissant, we have a few propelling forces, one of them being a "Mermaid Sharknado." We use the Mermaid Sharknado meditation and Reiki to help control panic attacks.

Panic attacks are no fun, if you ever had one, we're sorry, it must have been horrible. As horrible as a "Sharknado of Thoughts", with harmful thoughts as Great White Sharks flying in your direction and attacking you. Sounds familiar? The mermaid pauses the Sharknado. The mermaid calms the waters. 

Ever since she was a little mermaid, Emily knew her connection to the waters was special.  Reiki came to her to "divide the waters", pun intended, and give her life a new meaning. Since then, her spirituality and connection to the emotional selves of her clients has transformed her life.
