They are the Pota-Toes Left Behind People and they like to play Reiki Ping Pong with the Space Croissant Crew! Hint: we play with our toes. Your toes have consciousness too and you can give them more brain power, in emoji, to have amazing "toe perspective and insight."
We use this particular meditation to practice "extreme body awareness."
You become aware of your Toes Peoples, your Cells Peoples and your DNA Peoples. When you do this Reiki session you learn how to give awareness to your body parts like never before. A truly enlightening experience!
Camilla has over 60 attunements to 60 different Reiki systems and created Gratitude Reiki to integrate them all. Her Reiki has a spiral "feel" to it and is quite distinct.
Camilla specializes in deep trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, chronic pain, chronic illnesses, anxiety, panic attacks and more. You don't need to be suffering that much to book a session with Bok. If you have insomnia, for example, we have an entire protocol of things to do in order to let go of Ambien or other sleep medications.
